Allstaff Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a leading storage organisation to assist them in finding a dedicated and ambitious Client Account Manager.

The suitable candidate will have relevant knowledge of Client Account Manager procedures and a driven personality in order to be successful within an established and dynamic team.

The role of Client Account Manager involves:

· Maintain, retain and ensure appropriate service delivery in order to meet the requirements of clients

· Facilitate growth with clients in order to grow and expand the business

· Build client relationships

· Client Account Managers will be responsible for the retention, development and profitability of any clients under their responsibility

· Assist other departments with the cost proposals and pricing for both their new and existing business

· Lead search and on-board new clients

· Raise client invoices in a timely fashion

· Ensure regular contact is kept with the client by either; email, phone and/or face to face

Key skills and Requirements:

· Both written and verbal communication skills

· Numeracy

· Computer literate

· Lateral thinking

· Working to deadlines

· Ability to cope well under pressure

· Multi-tasking and prioritisation


Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum

Location: Bedfordshire

Core Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday

Holiday: 22 days
