Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Allstaff Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a leading automation organisation to assist them in finding a dedicated and ambitious Customer Service (Hebrew Speaking).

The suitable candidate will therefore be joining an established and dynamic team and the ideal candidate will have relevant language skills and a driven personality in order to be successful within the organisation, in a customer service role.

Suitable candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Due to be the point of contact for customers having product issues, and who have been routed to said organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers to deliver pre-sales and post-sales support by providing 1st call resolutions for the majority of customer queries, owing the resolution of complex cases and resolving customer complaints with the aim to deliver increased customer loyalty.
  • Responding to and processing customer requests in a timely manner to ensure these requests are resolved and followed up as appropriate, escalating when required.
  • Being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Achieving personal and business goals in alignment with our customer service KPI’s.

Applicant requirements:

  • Excellent communicator at all levels; in person, in writing and over the telephone.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
  • Fluent English and Danish.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules in order to cover customer business hours. Some positions may require an early shift pattern. Woking 4:30 am to 1:00pm Sunday to Friday.
  • Great attention to detail when multi-tasking.
  • Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Have a strong passion for delivering great customer service.
