Allstaff Recruitment (Milton Keynes) are currently seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to fulfil an 11-month fixed-term contract, on a full-time basis for a Government organisation, based in London.

The purpose of the Project Delivery Coordinator role is to engage in an interesting mix of office administration duties and financial project support services.  The workload is varied, and the office is  busy, and the successful applicant can make a telling contribution to a mission critical service provided to the organisation.

As the ideal Project Delivery Coordinator, you will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience of administration processes, Oracle based projects and finance functions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a team as well as dealing with customers at all levels.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, ability to solve problems.
  • Proficient use of Visio, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets for reporting purposes – Min Level 2
  • Previous use of Oracle based systems

Salary: £20,200 + £5,000 Location allowance and excellent benefits

Hours: 37 per week. Flexible between 7.30am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
